Sleeping on the floor: pain relief, better sleep, better mood

If I would've told myself sleeping on the floor felt better than sleeping in my bed three years ago, I wouldn't have believed myself. Lol. It's amazing what we can be exposed to, over time. I jumped right into my yoga practice in 2019 and I became obsessed with practicing yoga at the studio, at work, at home and any place where space existed. After practicing yoga my mind, body and energy would feel amazing, like a high. I always felt opened, relaxed and limber throughout the days.

What I begin to notice in the mornings when I woke up, my body was achy. My body had felt like I'd hit the reset button. TO BE CONTINUED...
